Perkembangan Kapabilitas Dinamis Dalam Sistem Manajemen Krisis : Studi Kasus Pandemi Covid-19
Abstrak
Dinamika pasar global yang ditandai dengan perubahan teknologi, gangguan rantai pasok, dan krisis global, seperti pandemi, telah menuntut organisasi untuk mengembangkan strategi adaptif guna bertahan dan berkembang. Jurnal ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Sumber daya (RBV), dinamika pasar, konstruksi krisis, dan pengembangan kapabilitas dinamis dalam manajemen krisis. Melalui elemen utama kapabilitas dinamis, yaitu sensing, seizing, dan reconfiguring, organisasi dapat mengidentifikasi peluang dan ancaman secara dini, merespons secara efektif, serta mengadaptasi sumber daya untuk menciptakan nilai baru. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya membantu organisasi dalam menghadapi situasi krisis tetapi juga memungkinkan mereka memanfaatkan peluang yang muncul selama dan setelah krisis. Studi kasus, seperti respons perusahaan terhadap pandemi COVID-19, mengilustrasikan bagaimana kapabilitas dinamis diterapkan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan. Artikel ini menawarkan kontribusi praktis dan teoritis untuk membantu organisasi mengelola krisis secara strategis dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis dan kompleks.
